| AGE REQUIREMENT: Customers must be over 23.
DRIVER'S LICENSE: A valid driving license held for at
least one year is required.
MINIMUM RENTAL: One day.
TRAFFIC FINES: Tickets and attached administrative sanctions
resulting from any violation of the Greek Traffic Law during rental period
are borne solely by the renter.
DEPOSITS: Deposits for estimated charges are required
at the beginning of rental with a minimum of € 120.00 daily. No deposit
is required from Credit Card holders honoured by Asset. Groups F, G cannot
be rented on cash basis.
INSURANCE: All authorized drivers of Asset vehicles
are covered against fire and liability to third parties for death, injury
or damage to property.
COLLISION DAMAGE WAIVER : The renter's liability for
damage to the Asset vehicle can be reduced to € 550.00 for groups A, B,
C, € 950.00 for groups E, F, G by paying an additional daily fee as follows:
€ 10.00 for groups A, B, C, D € 15.00 for Groups E, F, G.
THEFT PROTECTION: Theft protection is an optional service
which, if accepted, relieves the renter from all financial responsibility
for loss or damage to the Asset vehicle by or following theft according
to the conditions of our rental agreement. T.P. can be obtained under
the following daily charge: € 6.00 for groups A, B, C, D € 9.00 for groups
E, F, G.
TAXES: All rates are subject to 19% V.A.T.
AIRPORT CHARGE: From "Elefterios Venizelos"
airport in Athens the charge is € 15.00.
GASOLINE: Gasoline consumption is payable by the renter.
BABY SEATS: Available on request with a daily charge
of € 3.00.
AVAILABILITY: Car models are according to original planning.
Delivery problems, however, may compel us to supply another vehicle in
exceptional cases.
DELIVERY AND COLLECTION CHARGES:
a) Each delivery or collection within city limits is charged with € 10.00 excluding Asset
Stations.
b) Out of town charges: for all groups € 0.30 per km. Night deliveries/collections, € 20.00 each.
FERRYING THE CAR: An advanced written authorization
from Asset is required.
